cyber_Folks has announced a joint acquisition of PrestaShop with Sylius, creating a combined GMV of approximately EUR 35bn — comparable to Shopify’s European presence. PrestaShop operates 230,000 active stores across France, Spain, Italy, the US, and the UK.
