Information on compliance with Good Governance principles
Each year, the Company publishes a statement on compliance with corporate governance principles as an appendix to the annual report. The statement identifies which principles of the Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies are applied by the Company and which are subject to explanations regarding any departures from those principles.
