The cyber_Folks Group ended the second quarter of 2026 with double-digit growth in key financial results. Revenue increased by 27 percent year on year, to 269,0 million zł, and adjusted EBITDA increased by 23 percent, to 88,3 million zł. Adjusted net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent entity amounted to 26,9 million zł compared with 12,1 million zł a year earlier. At the same time, cyber_Folks is developing the largest European e-commerce technology ecosystem, already used by more than 700 thousand customers, and whose scale after the acquisition of PrestaShop exceeds 160 billion zł in GMV annually. The Group uses this scale for increasingly broad implementation of AI, which already today provides real support for its products, services and processes – from customer service and infrastructure to store management and online sales. cyber_Folks is also working on more ambitious AI applications, which it will present in the coming months.

The scale of AI use is well shown by the development of robo_Folks. In the second quarter, it handled 23,7 thousand conversations, or more than half of all chats. At the same time, the number of conversations handled by support teams decreased by 25 percent year on year – from 28,4 thousand to 21,2 thousand. The average rating of robo_Folks answers given by users also increased significantly: from 2,64 in the second quarter of 2025 to 4,11 in the second quarter of 2026, on a scale from 1 to 5.

– AI is already working in a real way in our ecosystem today. We have many implementations that support our customers and our teams, and robo_Folks is quickly increasing its scale of operation. We serve more than 700 thousand customers, and our ecosystem covers more than 160 billion zł in GMV annually. Thanks to the integration of further products, we cover an increasingly large part of the processes related to running an online business. We want to use this scale so that AI increasingly often not only answers and recommends, but performs specific tasks for merchants. We are already working on more ambitious applications, which we will show in the coming months – says Jakub Dwernicki, CEO of cyber_Folks.

AI also increases the scalability of the cyber_Folks business model. Automation makes it possible to serve a growing number of customers and processes without a proportional increase in support costs. At the same time, as the amount of data and processes available within the ecosystem grows, the potential to develop further AI applications increases.

AI is already used directly in the e-commerce environment. robo_Folks has been integrated with PrestaShop and can, among other things, analyze sales and orders, check the best-selling products and their variants, analyze customers’ purchase history, identify incomplete product materials, and optimize descriptions and metadata for SEO. In this way, cyber_Folks is developing AI from a tool that answers and recommends toward a solution that supports merchants in performing specific, everyday tasks. The Group’s ambition is to gradually automate an increasingly large part of repetitive operations related to running an online business.

The e-commerce segment maintained the highest growth rate in the Group. Revenue from this area in the second quarter increased by 63 percent y/y, from 54 million zł to 89 million zł, while adjusted EBITDA increased by 36 percent, from 20 million zł to 27 million zł.

The segment’s growth was supported by both the acquisitions of PrestaShop and Sylius, and the organic development of the Group’s existing platforms.

Within PrestaShop, among other things, robo_Folks was launched, which can analyze and manage stores on cyber_Folks servers, as well as dedicated hosting and integration with Apilo. Thanks to this integration, PrestaShop sellers can connect their store with, among others, Allegro, Amazon, eBay, Empik and TikTok Shop, as well as hundreds of other sales and logistics systems, automating the synchronization of orders, prices, inventory and shipments.

– PrestaShop clearly shows the logic of our strategy. We increase the scale of the ecosystem, integrate products and competencies, and then we can make new solutions available to a much larger group of merchants. AI is of particular importance here – the more products, data and processes our ecosystem covers, the greater the potential to automate them. Scale, integration and AI strengthen each other and lead us to the same goal: building a European leader in e-commerce technology – says Jakub Dwernicki.

The growth in results is accompanied by strong cash generation. Net cash from operating activities amounted to 73,8 million zł in the second quarter, 28 percent more than a year earlier.

The sale of 4,3 million Vercom shares in June this year brought cyber_Folks 500 million zł and significantly increased the Group’s financial flexibility. After the transaction, cyber_Folks remains Vercom’s largest shareholder, with a 31-percent share in the share capital, and retained control over the company, which remains fully consolidated. With a net debt to adjusted EBITDA ratio of 0,31x, the Group currently assesses its potential to carry out further M&A transactions at more than 1 billion zł.

– We are in a very strong financial position, which allows us to simultaneously finance organic development and AI, and actively look at further growth opportunities. We have capital for further acquisitions, but we are not changing our approach – each transaction must make both strategic and financial sense for us – says Robert Stasik, Vice President of the Management Board of cyber_Folks.

The Group also finalized the merger process with Shoper. The simplification of the structure increases the Group’s operating efficiency and supports further focus on building a European leader in e-commerce technology.
