cyber_Folks Plans Strategic Investment in Shoper: 49.9% Stake for PLN 547.5m

cyber_Folks has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire a 49.9% stake in Shoper S.A. for PLN 547.5m (PLN 39 per share x 14,039,145 shares), financed through debt. The transaction is pending UOKiK approval. Shoper generated GMV of PLN 10.2bn in the first nine months of 2024.
