R22 Is Now Operating as cyber_Folks

Following its merger with a Group subsidiary, R22 is now operating under the cyber_Folks name. The name change and merger have been registered in the National Court Register (KRS). The creation of a single strong brand is intended to deliver a comprehensive response to the needs of investors and customers alike, while simplifying the Group’s structure.

– The transition from R22 to cyber_Folks is not merely a name change — it is above all the combination of two strong, dynamically growing brands whose capabilities are mutually complementary. We have observed for some time that cyber_Folks is growing rapidly in popularity and is very well received by customers. Our combined offering is exceptionally comprehensive and more attractive — both to consumers and to investors. We expect the merger to broaden our audience and increase our visibility in the capital market, said Jakub Dwernicki, CEO of cyber_Folks.

cyber_Folks made a bold entry into the hosting market by consolidating over 15 hosting and domain brands into a single brand. The company today serves over 250,000 customers across e-commerce tools, hosting, and domains, and is systematically increasing ARPU (average revenue per user).

– We consistently build shareholder value in multiple ways. We are pleased that our shareholders recognise the benefits of unifying corporate, investor, and product communications under one strong brand — cyber_Folks. They welcomed the idea of renaming and merging the companies. We have more surprises in store; we are currently working on a shareholder programme whose details we will be able to announce shortly, added Jakub Dwernicki.

One of the objectives of the merger is also to align and mutually reinforce product and corporate communications, ultimately growing the audience and increasing brand visibility.

– We plan to leverage marketing synergies to become a fully comprehensive company. For stock market investors and existing R22 shareholders, the merger means primarily a name change to cyber_Folks — the number of shares held and all associated rights remain unchanged. cyber_Folks employees have become part of a listed company. We are also sending a clear signal to the market that we are a group more focused on operational performance, said Robert Stasik, Deputy CEO of cyber_Folks. It is also worth noting that the dividend policy will continue as it was under R22, he added.

Shareholders have received a minimum of 30% of consolidated net profit every year.

The Group’s strategy going forward is built around two core segments: cyber_Folks and Vercom.
