R22 Group, Owner of the cyber_Folks Brand, Acquires Zenbox

The R22 Group, owner of the cyber_Folks brand, is strengthening its position in hosting services and domain sales. Through the acquisition of Zenbox, the Group will gain an additional 22,700 hosting customers and 35,800 managed domains. The transaction is valued at PLN 18 million.

Zenbox is growing dynamically and consistently improving its financial results. In 2020, its EBITDA doubled to PLN 1.5 million, on revenue of PLN 6.7 million.

– We are systematically strengthening our position in the e-commerce market. As cyber_Folks, we provide services to over 30,000 online stores in Poland and over 10,000 in Romania and Croatia. At the same time, we are developing our service portfolio for online stores and for business digitalisation.
