R22 Group: 32% Revenue Growth and 48% EBITDA Growth in Q1 2023

R22 Group reported Q1 2023 revenues of PLN 110.5m (+32% YoY), EBITDA of PLN 31.6m (+48%), and net profit of PLN 14.1m (+43%), with 344,000 clients in 100+ countries. The AGM on 26 June will vote on the merger and a PLN 0.93/share dividend.
