cyber_Folks posted record H1 2025 results. In Q2 2025, revenues grew 37% YoY and EBITDA surged 70%, bringing the half-year totals to over PLN 400m in revenues and PLN 134m in EBITDA. The Group has committed to investing PLN 200m over five years in research and development to sustain its technology leadership.

The strong H1 performance was driven by continued organic growth across all business segments, increasing contributions from AI-powered products, and the growing scale of the e-commerce ecosystem. The EBITDA margin expansion to 33%+ reflects improving operational efficiency and the benefits of scale.

The PLN 200m R&D investment programme underscores the Group’s commitment to building proprietary technology platforms that can compete at a European level, particularly in AI-driven e-commerce tools and infrastructure.
