cyber_Folks Raises Over PLN 200m for Acquisitions in Series E Placement

cyber_Folks has raised PLN 204.192m (EUR 48m) in a Series E share placement, with all 1,134,400 shares fully subscribed at PLN 180/share — a discount of less than 2%. Five acquisition targets have been identified, worth EUR 15–150m each, with PLN 1bn in potential transactions planned within 12 months.
