The record financial performance was driven by strong organic growth across all business segments, complemented by the continued expansion of Vercom’s CPaaS platform and the growing contribution of new proprietary products. The Group’s AI-powered tools — including the _now website builder — gained significant traction during the year.
The acquisition of a 49.9% stake in Shoper — Poland’s leading e-commerce platform, with GMV of PLN 10.2bn in the first nine months of 2024 — represents a transformational step in cyber_Folks’ strategy. The transaction was financed through debt and received regulatory approval from UOKiK.
