The sale of the 30.34% stake in Profitroom for PLN 97.5m — approximately three times the original investment of PLN 30m made in 2019 — reinforces the Group’s strategic shift towards building a comprehensive European e-commerce technology ecosystem. The proceeds will be redeployed into new acquisitions.
cyber_Folks’ promotion to the mWIG40 index marks recognition of the Group’s growing scale and importance on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
