The cyber_Folks Group closed the second quarter of 2026 with double-digit growth in its key financial results. Revenue rose by 27% year on year to PLN 269.0 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased by 23% to PLN 88.3 million. Adjusted net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company came in at PLN 26.9 million, compared with PLN 12.1 million a year earlier. At the same time, cyber_Folks continues to build Europe’s largest e-commerce technology ecosystem, which already serves more than 700,000 customers and, following the acquisition of PrestaShop, exceeds PLN 160 billion in annual GMV. The Group is leveraging this scale to deploy AI ever more widely, and AI is already delivering tangible support across its products, services and processes – from customer service and infrastructure to store management and online sales. cyber_Folks is also working on more ambitious AI applications, which it will unveil in the coming months.

The development of robo_Folks illustrates the scale at which AI is being used. In the second quarter, it handled 23,700 conversations, or more than half of all chats. At the same time, the number of conversations handled by support teams fell by 25% year on year, from 28,400 to 21,200. The average user rating of robo_Folks’ responses also improved significantly, from 2.64 in the second quarter of 2025 to 4.11 in the second quarter of 2026, on a scale of 1 to 5.

“AI is already delivering real results across our ecosystem. We have numerous deployments supporting our customers and our teams, and robo_Folks is rapidly scaling up. We serve more than 700,000 customers, and our ecosystem accounts for more than PLN 160 billion in annual GMV. By integrating further products, we are covering an ever-larger share of the processes involved in running an online business. We want to use this scale so that AI increasingly does more than answer questions and make recommendations – it carries out specific tasks on behalf of merchants. We are already working on more ambitious applications, which we will showcase in the coming months,” says Jakub Dwernicki, President of the Management Board of cyber_Folks.

AI is also making cyber_Folks’ business model more scalable. Automation makes it possible to serve a growing number of customers and processes without a proportional increase in support costs. At the same time, as the volume of data and processes available within the ecosystem grows, so does the potential to develop further AI use cases.

AI is already being used directly in the e-commerce environment. robo_Folks has been integrated with PrestaShop and can, among other things, analyse sales and orders, identify best-selling products and their variants, analyse customers’ purchase histories, flag incomplete product content, and optimise descriptions and metadata for SEO. In this way, cyber_Folks is evolving its AI from a tool that answers questions and makes recommendations into a solution that helps merchants carry out specific, day-to-day tasks. The Group’s ambition is to gradually automate a growing share of the repetitive operations involved in running an online business.

The e-commerce segment maintained the highest growth momentum in the Group. Its revenue in the second quarter rose by 63% year on year, from PLN 54 million to PLN 89 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased by 36%, from PLN 20 million to PLN 27 million.

The segment’s growth was driven by the acquisitions of PrestaShop and Sylius, as well as by the organic growth of the Group’s existing platforms.

Under the PrestaShop umbrella, the Group has launched, among other things, robo_Folks, which can analyse and manage stores hosted on cyber_Folks servers, dedicated hosting and an integration with Apilo. Thanks to the latter, PrestaShop merchants can connect their stores with, among others, Allegro, Amazon, eBay, Empik and TikTok Shop, as well as hundreds of other sales and logistics systems, automating the synchronisation of orders, prices, stock levels and shipments.

“PrestaShop illustrates the logic of our strategy well. We scale up the ecosystem, integrate products and competencies, and can then make new solutions available to a much larger group of merchants. AI is particularly important here – the more products, data and processes our ecosystem covers, the greater the potential for automating them. Scale, integration and AI reinforce one another and lead us towards the same goal: building a European leader in e-commerce technology,” says Jakub Dwernicki.

The improvement in results was accompanied by strong cash generation. Net cash from operating activities amounted to PLN 73.8 million in the second quarter, 28% more than a year earlier.

The sale of 4.3 million Vercom shares in June this year brought cyber_Folks PLN 500 million and significantly increased the Group’s financial flexibility. Following the transaction, cyber_Folks remains Vercom’s largest shareholder with a 31% stake in its share capital and has retained control of the company, which continues to be fully consolidated. With a net debt to adjusted EBITDA ratio of 0.31x, the Group currently estimates its capacity for further M&A transactions at more than PLN 1 billion.

“We are in a very strong financial position, which allows us to fund organic growth and AI at the same time, while actively looking at further growth opportunities. We have the capital for further acquisitions, but we are not changing our approach – every transaction must make both strategic and financial sense for us,” says Robert Stasik, Vice President of the Management Board of cyber_Folks.

The Group has also completed its merger with Shoper. The simplified structure improves the Group’s operational efficiency and supports its continued focus on building a European leader in e-commerce technology.
