Łukasz Piecuch Joins cyber_Folks Board; Paweł Lewkowicz and Patryk Pawlikowski to Follow Post-Merger

The Supervisory Board of cyber_Folks S.A. has appointed Łukasz Piecuch to the Management Board. He has served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Group for almost two years. Following the merger of Shoper and cyber_Folks, Paweł Lewkowicz and Patryk Pawlikowski will also join the Board. The changes represent the next step in the execution of cyber_Folks’ strategy to build Europe’s largest e-commerce technology ecosystem. In recent months, the Group has significantly increased its scale of operations through the merger with Shoper, the acquisition of PrestaShop, and the development of its own AI-based solutions.

Łukasz Piecuch has been active in the hosting and technology sector since 2006. In 2017, the hosting company Futurehost — which he founded — joined the cyber_Folks Group. Since then, he has co-created successive phases of the Group’s development, leading the development of technology and new products. He was one of the architects of cyber_Mind — the platform developing AI solutions for Group companies — and of robo_Folks, the AI assistant supporting customers in their day-to-day use of hosting services.

As CTO, he is responsible for the development of technology, infrastructure, and security, as well as the further integration of artificial intelligence into cyber_Folks products.

Following the merger of Shoper and cyber_Folks, Paweł Lewkowicz and Patryk Pawlikowski will also join the Management Board of the Company. They are experienced managers with backgrounds in e-commerce, SaaS, and digital products. In recent years, they played key roles in Shoper’s development, and previously built products and technologies used by hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs in Poland and internationally.

Today he joins the Management Board of cyber_Folks. This shows that the best opportunities often emerge after joining a larger organisation.
