cyber_Folks Group closed Q1 2026 with very strong financial growth, continuing the development of Europe’s largest e-commerce technology ecosystem. In Q1, Group revenues grew 29% year-on-year to PLN 245.3m, while adjusted EBITDA rose 35% YoY to PLN 83.1m. Net profit attributable to parent shareholders amounted to PLN 22.9m, representing 71% growth year-on-year. Results were driven by both organic growth across business segments and the continued integration of the European e-commerce ecosystem, including the finalisation of the PrestaShop acquisition.

cyber_Folks is consistently developing an integrated technology environment covering the entire online sales workflow — from infrastructure and communications, through multi-channel commerce and logistics, to AI-powered solutions supporting merchants in their day-to-day operations.

– E-commerce today is no longer just about the visual layer of an online store. Competitive advantage is increasingly shifting towards operations, data, integrations, and process automation. Merchants no longer want to assemble their business from a dozen separate tools — they expect one environment that enables end-to-end sales management. That is exactly the ecosystem we are building at cyber_Folks at a European scale, said Jakub Dwernicki, CEO of cyber_Folks.

The most significant event of Q1 was the finalisation of the PrestaShop acquisition, which reinforced cyber_Folks’ position as the leader in e-commerce in Europe. Total GMV across the entire ecosystem reached approximately PLN 40bn in Q1 2026 — equivalent to approximately PLN 160bn on an annualised basis.

In Poland, GMV on Shoper platforms reached PLN 6.9bn in Q1 2026, representing 59% growth year-on-year. Meanwhile, GMV generated by PrestaShop and Sylius platforms in Europe reached PLN 33.1bn in the same period.

Following completion of the transaction, the integration and reorganisation process has begun. In parallel, a new strategy is being implemented, focused on product development, an AI First approach, and leveraging synergies with the products and services offered across the cyber_Folks Group.

– Scale is fundamentally important today, particularly in the context of AI. The larger the ecosystem, the number of merchants and operational processes, the greater the ability to build genuinely intelligent products that help increase sales, reduce costs, and automate everyday work. The integration of Shoper, PrestaShop, Sylius, Apilo, and SellRocket creates value far greater than the sum of the individual companies. Our ambition is to reduce the number of operations performed by merchants by as much as half through AI and full process integration in a single environment, added Jakub Dwernicki.

In Q1, cyber_Folks continued intensive development of AI-based solutions. The Group is developing its own AI orchestration platform — cyber_Mind — and robo_Folks agents supporting customers and operational teams. Currently, robo_Folks handles approximately 47% of all customer chats, with the share of correctly resolved tickets rising to 86%. At the same time, the number of chats handled by support teams fell by 33% year-on-year.

AI solutions are being developed both for merchants using the Group’s e-commerce platforms and internally, supporting process automation, data analytics, and customer service. In the coming months, the Group plans further AI deployment in communications, multi-channel commerce, and merchant operations.

– In the coming years, the greatest value in e-commerce will be created not in the visual layer of the store, but in how efficiently a merchant manages the entire sales workflow: logistics, communications, payments, integrations, and operations. AI will naturally manage an ever-larger share of these processes. Our ambition is to create the most integrated operating system for e-commerce in Europe, emphasised Jakub Dwernicki.

In Q1, adjusted net operating cash flows rose to PLN 64.3m (+30% YoY), confirming the high scalability of the Group’s business model and its strong cash generation capacity. cyber_Folks also maintains a safe level of indebtedness — the net debt / adjusted EBITDA ratio following finalisation of the PrestaShop acquisition stood at 1.77x.

– Q1 results confirm the effectiveness of our business model. We are combining dynamic revenue and EBITDA growth with very strong cash generation and further improvements in operational efficiency. Thanks to the high share of recurring revenues and the growing scale of the ecosystem, we can simultaneously finance further technology development, integrate acquired companies, and build shareholder value, said Robert Stasik, Deputy CEO and CFO of cyber_Folks.

The strong Q1 results also support continued growth in shareholder value. The Management Board of cyber_Folks recommended a record dividend of PLN 38m from 2025 profits, continuing the multi-year trend of dynamic growth in shareholder distributions.
