cyber_Folks Completes Acquisition of PrestaShop: 700,000+ Clients, EUR 35bn GMV

cyber_Folks has finalised the 100% acquisition of PrestaShop jointly with Sylius and BitBag, creating a combined ecosystem of 700,000+ clients worldwide and EUR 35bn in GMV. The full portfolio now covers Shoper (SMB), PrestaShop (SMB + mid-market open-source), and Sylius (mid-market + enterprise open-source).
