R22 Group Invests PLN 21.5m in SaaS E-Commerce Integration Platform SellIntegro

R22 Group has invested PLN 21.5m for a 33.5% stake in SellIntegro — a SaaS e-commerce integration platform (ERP, CRM, WMS) with 2,000+ clients. The investment was made via H88, with an option to acquire a 51.14% majority stake.

R22 Group (via its subsidiary H88) has invested PLN 21.5m for a 33.5% stake in SellIntegro — a SaaS platform integrating e-commerce systems with ERP, CRM, and WMS solutions. The company has over 2,000 clients including Mokate, Wayfair, and Trefl, and recorded revenues of PLN 1.4m in Q2 2021 — a fourfold increase year-on-year. R22 holds a call option to acquire a controlling 51.14% stake.
