Vercom Moves Closer to WSE Debut; IPO Planned for H1 2021

Vercom — the CPaaS leader in Poland and an R22 Group subsidiary — has submitted its prospectus to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) ahead of a planned IPO in H1 2021. R22 holds a 70.51% stake in Vercom.
