The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A., with its registered office in Poznań [“the Company”] with reference to the Company’s current reports No. 29/2026 dated September 4, 2026, and No. 32/2026 dated September 11, 2026, hereby announces that it was informed today of the issuance by the National Depository for Securities S.A. [“KDPW”] had issued an announcement on September 14, 2026, regarding the date of registration in the securities depository maintained by KDPW of 3,215,165 Series F ordinary bearer shares of the Company [“Shares,” “Announcement”].
According to the Announcement, the Shares will be registered in the securities depository on September 15, 2026.
