The Management Board of cyber_Folks, a joint-stock company with its registered office in Poznań [“the Company”], hereby announces that it has received notification of purchase transactions involving the Company’s shares from the Jakub and Magdalena Dwernicki Family Foundation, an entity closely related to persons holding management positions in the Company, namely Mr. Jakub Dwernicki—President of the Management Board—and Ms. Magdalena Dwernicka—Member of the Supervisory Board.
