The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], acting pursuant to Article 70 item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies [“Public Offering Act”], hereby announces that today it received from: _i_ Mr Jakub Dwernicki and _ii_ the Jakub and Magdalena Dwernicki Family Foundation with its registered office in Poznań, a notification of a change in holdings of Company shares submitted pursuant to Article 69 et seq. of the Public Offering Act. The Company attaches the content of the received notification to this current report.
