Correction of disclosure of shareholding

The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that today the Company received a corrected notification from Jakub Dwernicki, acting on his own behalf and on behalf of members of the Company’s shareholders’ agreement: Jakub Dwernicki, Jacek Duch, Robert Dwernicki, Sebastian Górecki, Andrzej Dwernicki, Agnieszka Dwernicka-Piasecka and Robert Stasik.
The notification was corrected due to an obvious error concerning the percentage share of votes in the Company held by the parties to the Agreement. The notification was not changed in any other respect.
The Company provides the content of the notification as an attachment.
