With reference to Current Report No. 4/2019 dated 15 March 2019 and No. 9/2020 dated 27 January 2020, the Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that today, using funds from the acquisition loan referred to in Current Report No. 1/2020 dated 14 January 2020, it paid TCEE Fund III S.C.A. Sicar the purchase price for 30.646 shares in H88 S.A. (the “Shares”) in the amount of EUR 6.816.516,70 and acquired ownership of the Shares.

As a result, as at the publication date of this current report, the Company directly and through subsidiaries holds in aggregate 100% of the shares and voting rights in H88 S.A.
