Allocation of shares in the public offering

The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (“Company”) hereby informs that today all 5.201.596 ordinary bearer shares of the Company (“Offered Shares”) offered as part of the public offering were allocated, including 1.701.596 ordinary bearer shares offered by the selling shareholders.
Individual Investors were allocated 250.000 series D shares, while Institutional Investors were allocated 4.951.596 Offered Shares.
The reduction rate among individual investors was 24,713%
The allocation of the Offered Shares to Individual Investors was carried out through the WSE IT system.
