Correction of the R22 Group periodic report for Q3 of the 2018/2019 financial year published on 20 May 2019

Content:

In connection with the correction of the R22 Group periodic report for Q3 of the 2018/2019 financial year published on 20 May 2019 (the “Report”), the Management Board of R22 S.A. (the “Issuer” or the “Company”) hereby announces that the corrections introduced to the Report concern:

– adding information that the Company did not publish financial result forecasts (page 37 of the Report);

– supplementing information on transactions in shares carried out by shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes at the Company’s general meeting and by persons managing and supervising the Company (page 47 of the Report);

– adding a detailed description of the shareholding structure by providing information on the number of shares held by shareholders, their percentage share in the Company’s share capital, the number of votes attached thereto, and their percentage share in the total number of votes at the Company’s general meeting (page 46 of the Report);

– adding information on a material pending proceeding concerning a receivable of the Company (page 38 of the Report);

The Company will publish the corrected R22 Group periodic report for Q3 of the 2018/2019 financial year without delay.
