The Management Board of R22 spółka akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 20.01.2020 the Company received a notification from Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Management Company”), acting in the name and on behalf of the investment funds it manages (the “Funds”), concerning a decrease in the Funds’ share in the total number of votes at the Company’s general meeting below the 5% threshold.
