The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”] announces that today the Company received notifications of holdings from Jacek Duch, Jakub Dwernicki, Robert Dwernicki, Sebastian Górecki and Daniel Dwernicki in connection with the expiry, after a period of 5 years, of the agreement of 18 August 2017 concluded among them and governing the principles of corporate governance at the Company. The Company attaches the content of the notifications.
