The Management Board of cyber_Folks spółka akcyjna [“Company”], acting pursuant to §19 sec. 1 items 6 and 8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state [Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757], hereby makes public, as an attachment, the wording of the resolutions adopted and the resolution not adopted by the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2025.
