The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], acting pursuant to Art. 70 item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies [“Act on Public Offering”], hereby announces that it has received from:

[i] TOWARZYSTWO FUNDUSZY INWESTYCYJNYCH ALLIANZ POLSKA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, [ii] the Duch Family Foundation and [iii] Mr Robert Dwernicki, notifications pursuant to Art. 69 et seq. of the Act on Public Offering. The notifications are attached to this report.
