The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A., with its registered office in Poznań [“the Company”], acting pursuant to Article 70(1) of the Act of July 29, 2005, on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System, and on Public Companies [“the Public Offering Act”], hereby announces that it has received notifications pursuant to Article 69 of the Public Offering Act from [i] the Ducha Family Foundation, [ii] the Jakub and Magdalena Dwernicki Family Foundation, and [iii] Mr. Jakub Dwernicki. The notifications are attached to this report.
