The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A., with its registered office in Poznań [“the Company”], acting pursuant to Article 70(1) of the Act of July 29, 2005, on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System, and on Public Companies [“the Public Offering Act”], hereby announces that it has received a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A. pursuant to Article 69 of the Public Offering Act. The notification is attached to this report.
