Pursuant to § 5(5) and §10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757)

The Management Board of R22 spółka akcyjna with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”), having regard to § 5(5) and §10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), hereby announces that on 20 December 2018 the Management Board of the Company granted commercial power of attorney to Ms Agnieszka Dwernicka-Piasecka, authorising her exclusively to act on behalf of the Company jointly with a member of the Company’s Management Board.

Below we present information concerning Ms Agnieszka Dwernicka-Piasecka’s education, qualifications and previously held positions: Ms Agnieszka Dwernicka-Piasecka holds a Master’s degree in law and graduated from the Faculty of Law of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 01.10.2017 she has held the position of Head of the HR and Payroll Department at the Company; previously, for 19 years, she was associated with the capital group as an HR and Payroll Department specialist. Ms Agnieszka Dwernicka-Piasecka does not conduct activities competitive with the Company, does not participate in a competing company as a partner in a civil-law partnership or partnership or as a member of a governing body of a capital company, and does not participate in any other competing legal person as a member of its governing body. Ms Agnieszka Dwernicka-Piasecka is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
