The Management Board of R22 spółka akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 30.11.2018 the Company received a notification pursuant to Article 69(1)(1) and Article 87(1)(2) of the Act of 29.07.2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, from Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., acting in the name and on behalf of the investment funds it manages (the “Funds”), concerning the Funds exceeding the 5% threshold in the total number of votes in the Company.
The notification in question is attached to this report.
