The Management Board of R22 spółka akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 19.12.2019 the Company received a notification from Aegon Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Aegon”) concerning Aegon exceeding the 5% threshold in the total number of votes in the Company.
