Hosting segment sales in October 2018.

The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that the hosting segment generated sales of PLN 6,3 million in October, including PLN 5,1 million in sales in the Polish market and PLN 1,2 million in sales in the Romanian market.
The reported sales include hosting services, domains and additional services (including SSL certificates, SEO, SEM and anti-DDoS protection) sold in October. Under IFRS, revenue from hosting services will be recognised proportionally over the period in which the services are provided.
The Management Board of the Company considered the information to be inside information due to the significant deviation of the hosting segment’s sales achieved in October from sales in previous months and the highest monthly sales value in the history of the hosting segment.
