The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”] announces that the Company received notifications of transactions in Company shares carried out by way of a donation from Mr Jacek Duch – Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr Aleksander Duch, a person closely associated with Mr Jacek Duch.
