The Management Board of cyber_Folks spółka akcyjna with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”] hereby announces that it has received notifications of transactions involving the Company’s shares from [i] the Duch Family Foundation, as an entity closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company, i.e. Mr Jacek Duch – Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and [ii] the Jakub and Magdalena Dwernicki Family Foundation, as an entity closely associated with persons discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company, i.e. Mr Jakub Dwernicki – President of the Management Board, and Ms Magdalena Dwernicka – Member of the Supervisory Board. The notifications are attached to this report.
