The Management Board of cyber_Folks spółka akcyjna with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”] hereby announces that it has received a notification of a transaction involving the Company’s shares from the Duch Family Foundation, as an entity closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. Mr Jacek Duch – Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The notification is attached to this report.
