The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”] announces that today the Company received a notification of an acquisition transaction carried out in the Company’s shares by Mr Jakub Dwernicki – President of the Company’s Management Board. The Company attaches the content of the notification.
