With reference to Current Report No. 29/2020 dated 25 September 2020, the Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that on 7 October 2020 an additional share transfer agreement was entered into between the Issuer’s direct subsidiary Vercom S.A. and Net Brokers Holding a.s.; the transaction was closed, including payment of the price, and Vercom S.A. acquired the shares in ProfiSMS s.r.o. with its registered office in Prague.
