Estimated selected consolidated financial data of the R22 Group

The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], based on a preliminary aggregation of the R22 Group’s financial data carried out as part of the process of preparing the consolidated financial statements for 2022, hereby publicly discloses selected estimated financial data for 2022.
Selected estimated consolidated financial data of the R22 Group for 2022 _12 months_:
– sales revenue: PLN 392 117 thousand _increase of 32,2% YoY_,
– adjusted EBITDA: PLN 103 561 thousand _increase of 34,1% YoY_.
Selected estimated consolidated financial data of the R22 Group for Q4 2022 _3 months_:
– sales revenue: PLN 112 738 thousand _increase of 29,3% YoY_,
– adjusted EBITDA: PLN 31 835 thousand _increase of 52,6% YoY_
The above estimated financial results were mainly driven by organic growth in the two main segments _cyber_Folks and CPaaS_ and dynamic growth in the results of MailerLite, acquired in mid-2022. In 2022, the R22 Group also began strong expansion into the global market, providing solutions to customers located in more than 100 countries.
Effective execution of the above R22 Group strategy made it possible to achieve the highest EBITDA level in the R22 Group’s history, exceeding PLN 100 million.
The Company notes that the above financial data and indicators are estimates and may change. The financial data will also be subject to audit by the audit firm. The final values will be presented in the consolidated annual report for 2022, scheduled for publication on 28 March 2023.
