KDPW communication regarding the registration date of the Company’s series E shares

The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], with reference to the Company’s Current Report No. 28/2025 dated 8 October 2025, hereby announces that it has become aware of a communication issued by the Central Securities Depository of Poland S.A. [“KDPW”] on 8 October 2025 concerning the date of registration in the securities depository maintained by KDPW of 1,134,400 series E ordinary bearer shares in the Company [“Shares”, “Communication”].
According to the Communication, the Shares will be registered in the securities depository on 10 October 2025.
Accordingly, upon registration of the Shares, the condition for admitting the Shares to stock exchange trading arising from Resolution No. 1286/2025 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. [“Resolution”], referred to in the Company’s Current Report No. 28/2025, will be satisfied. Pursuant to the Resolution, the Shares will be introduced to trading on the main market on 10 October 2025.
