Admission and conditional introduction of the Company’s series E ordinary bearer shares to stock exchange trading on the WSE main market. Determination of the last trading day for the Company’s rights to shares

The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”] hereby announces that it has become aware that on 7 October 2025 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. [“WSE”] adopted Resolution No. 1285/2025 determining the last trading day on the WSE main market for rights to the Company’s series E ordinary bearer shares and Resolution No. 1286/2025 concerning the admission and introduction to stock exchange trading on the WSE main market of the Company’s series E ordinary bearer shares [“Resolutions”].
Pursuant to the Resolutions, the WSE Management Board resolved to: [i] designate 9 October 2025 as the last day of trading on the WSE main market for 1,134,400 rights to the Company’s series E ordinary bearer shares bearing ISIN code PLR220000042, [ii] declare 1,134,400 series E ordinary bearer shares in the Company [“Shares”] admitted to stock exchange trading on the main market operated by the WSE, and [iii] introduce the Shares to stock exchange trading on that market as of 10 October 2025, subject to the Central Securities Depository of Poland S.A. registering the Shares on that date and assigning them ISIN code PLR220000018.
