Conditional registration of series E ordinary bearer shares in the securities depository maintained by KDPW S.A.

The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”[ hereby announces that today it became aware that the Central Securities Depository of Poland S.A. [“KDPW”] issued Statement No. 948/2025 dated 6 October 2025 concerning the conclusion with the Company of an agreement for the registration in the securities depository maintained by KDPW of 1,134,400 series E ordinary bearer shares in the Company [“Shares”] under ISIN code PLR220000018.
The condition for registration of the Shares is their admission to trading on the regulated market [main market] operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A., on which the remaining shares in the Company bearing the above ISIN code have been admitted to trading.
The Shares will be registered in connection with the closing of accounts maintained for the transferable rights to the Shares bearing ISIN code PLR220000042, within 3 days from the date KDPW receives the decision to admit the Shares to trading on the regulated market, but not earlier than the date specified in that decision as the date of admission of the Shares to trading.
