Execution of an amendment agreement to the loan agreement

The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that on 29 December 2021 an amendment agreement was entered into in respect of the loan agreement dated 14 January 2020, which was the subject of Current Report No. 1/2020 dated 14 January 2020 (the “Loan Agreement”), as a result of which the amount of the loan granted under the Loan Agreement increased by PLN 39.480.876. The entire indicated amount was allocated to the refinancing by cyber_Folks S.A. (previously H88 S.A.) of the purchase price of shares in Zenbox sp. z o.o. and the purchase and subscription price of shares in Sellintegro sp. z o.o.
