Publication dates of periodic reports in the 2018/19 financial year

§80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.

The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, hereby announces the publication dates of periodic reports in the financial year 01.07.2018-30.06.2019:
1. Separate and consolidated annual report for the 2017/2018 financial year – 18 September 2018,
2. Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 ending on 30.09.2018 – 20 November 2018,
3. Consolidated half-year report for H1 ending on 31.12.2018 – 26 February 2019,
4. Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 ending on 31.03.2019 – 20 May 2019.
Pursuant to § 62(1) and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, hereinafter the “Regulation”, the Company will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports or a standalone half-year report. The relevant consolidated reports will include the required standalone financial information.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Company announces that, pursuant to §79(2) of the Regulation, the Company will not publish a separate quarterly report or a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 and Q4 of the 2018/19 financial year.
