The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company has received a notification concerning transactions in the Company’s shares from Ms Patrycja Berg, a person closely associated with Mr Robert Stasik, Vice-President of the Company’s Management Board, who discharges managerial responsibilities.
