The Management Board of R22 spółka akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 18.07.2019 the Company received a notification from Norges Bank with its registered office in Oslo, Norway (the “Bank”), concerning the Bank exceeding the 5% threshold in the total number of votes in the Company.
