Correction of Report No. 20/2019 dated 05.07.2019 “Notification of transactions in the Company’s shares”

Content:

The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company has received corrective notifications concerning transactions in the Company’s shares from Mr Jakub Dwernicki, President of the Company’s Management Board, and Mr Jacek Duch, Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board. Both notifications were corrected in item 4.1(b), where the description of the type of transaction contained an obvious error: “acquisition” should have read “disposal”.
