Content:

The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], acting pursuant to Article 19(3) of the MAR Regulation, hereby announces that it received notifications of transactions carried out in the Company’s shares from: [i] the Jakub and Magdalena Dwernicki Family Foundation, as an entity closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, namely Mr Jakub Dwernicki – President of the Management Board, [ii] the Duch Family Foundation, as an entity closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, namely Mr Jacek Duch – Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and [iii] Mr Robert Stasik – Vice-President of the Management Board. The notifications are attached to this report.
