The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. _[“Company”]_, acting pursuant to Article 19(3) of the MAR Regulation, hereby announces that today it received notifications of transactions carried out in Company shares from: [i] the Duch Family Foundation, i.e. a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company: Mr Jacek Duch – Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board, and [ii] the Jakub and Magdalena Dwernicki Family Foundation, i.e. a person closely associated with persons discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company: Mr Jakub Dwernicki – President of the Company’s Management Board and Ms Magdalena Dwernicka – Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board. The Company attaches the content of the received notifications to this current report.
